The following policies are in addition to your statutory rights.

Returns Policy
Within 30 Days of receipt of your order you may return any item provided it is in new condition and in its original packaging. Returns must be adequately packed to ensure they are not damaged in transit, otherwise we will not be able to refund any monies. Returns must be accompanied with a note giving your name & address, email address, original invoice number and reason for return.

We will refund the full price (including shipping) of any item returned provided it meets the above conditions.

Delivery Charges
Delivery Charges within the UK Mainland are £3.50 per crest. Outside this region an international 'added shipping tax' of approximately £3.50 per crest (14.3%) will be added at checkout.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards via our PayPal online payments system. Your credit card statement will show the word: "CLANCONNECT" against the transaction.
